These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TryMySample website and services (the "Platform"), including browsing deals, redeeming offers, submitting cashback claims, and requesting withdrawals. 3. Account Registration

Creating a TryMySample account requires a valid email address and mobile number. You may not register more than one account, share your account with others, or create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

4. Deals and Offers

Deals, coupon codes and offers displayed on the Platform are provided by third-party brands and stores ("Partners"). Prices, availability, and terms of individual deals are set by the relevant Partner and may change or expire without notice. TryMySample does not guarantee the availability, quality or accuracy of any Partner offer.

5. Cashback

Where a deal is eligible for cashback, TryMySample may credit cashback to your account after your purchase is verified with the relevant Partner, subject to our Cashback Policy. Cashback amounts, eligibility and timelines are described in that policy and may vary by deal.

6. Promo Codes

From time to time, TryMySample may issue promo codes that credit a fixed cashback amount to an eligible user's account. Promo codes are non-transferable, may only be redeemed once by the user they were issued to, and may be withdrawn or revoked before redemption at our discretion.

7. User Responsibilities

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Provide truthful information when submitting cashback claims, including order details and purchase evidence.
• Keep your bank account and contact details accurate so that withdrawals and notifications reach you correctly.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, duplicate or fraudulent cashback claims.
• Attempt to manipulate, abuse or exploit the cashback, promo code, or referral programs.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Circumvent or interfere with the Platform's security or tracking mechanisms.

Violation of this section may result in claim rejection, withdrawal of cashback, and suspension or termination of your account.

9. Cashback Claims

Cashback claims are reviewed manually and may require supporting evidence such as order confirmations, delivery proof, or reviews, depending on the deal. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or request additional information for any claim, and to correct claims submitted or reviewed in error.

10. Withdrawals

Available cashback balance can be withdrawn to a verified bank account, subject to any minimum withdrawal amount shown on the Platform at the time of your request. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and may take time to complete; status updates are shown in your account.

11. Account Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
